This Digital Acquisition (DAQ) unit is Ethernet-compliant and is used to provide digital signal I/O functions from a PC LAN port. It provides a flexible voltage range, with 12V to 24VDC on the inputs, and output capability of up to 120VAC/DC. It has 16 optocoupler isolated inputs which are compatible with current sink/current source outputs, and 16 solid-state relay outputs. A digital filter function is also provided to prevent the triggering of false input signals. This product is designed to be compact (188.0(W)×78.0(D)×30.5(H)mm) and supports flexible installation options on the floor, wall, and inside the console or equipment via a DIN rail. This product is supported by Windows/Linux device drivers.
- Optocoupler isolated inputs (compatible with current sink/current source outputs) and solid-state relay output
- 16 optocoupler-isolated 12V-24VDC inputs with 200µs response times
- 16 solid-state relay 120VAC/DC outputs with 1.0ms response times
- Software-controlled digital filters on all inputs to prevent false triggering
- Wide range of 12-24VDC power supply
- Usable as an Ethernet-based digital I/O module
- Monitoring digital I/O is easy as it can be controlled remotely through Ethernet.
- Windows/Linux support device driver
- Using the device driver API-TOOL makes it possible to create applications for Windows/Linux. In addition, a diagnostic program by which the operations of hardware can be checked is provided.
