The AI-1608xIN is an Ethernet-compatible unit with analog inputs. Its compact design (188.0(W)×78.0(D)×30.5(H)mm) ensures easy installation, whether on the floor, wall-mounted, or integrated into equipment using the DIN rail.
With support for Windows/Linux device drivers, compatibility is seamless. It features 8 channels of 16-bit analog inputs, along with 4 channels of digital inputs and outputs, all isolated from the computer for reliable operation.
The analog inputs support differential inputs, ensuring accurate measurements even with potential signal source differences. Plus, the AIN model accommodates 0-20mA current inputs, making it versatile for various applications. Say hello to enhanced connectivity and precision in one package.
VIN Model for Voltage Driven Analog Inputs
Includes Analog inputs (10μsec/ch, 16-bit, 8ch), digital I/O (Input: 4 TTL-level channels, Output: 4 open-collector channels). The analog inputs support differential inputs and a +10V voltage input.
AIN Model for Current Driven Analog Inputs
Includes Analog inputs (20μsec/ch, 16-bit, 8ch), digital I/O (Input: 4 TTL-level channels, Output: 4 open-collector channels). The analog inputs support differential inputs and a 0-20mA current input.
Sampling can be driven by a clock or by various triggers.
Sampling can be started and stopped by software and external (timing of control signals input from external) triggers. The sampling period can be controlled by the internal clock (high-precision timer included in the product).
Bus isolation with digital isolator, open collector output used for digital output.
This product isolates the PC from analog input as well as digital I/O by a digital isolator, which improves the noise performance. The use of open collector output ensures digital outputting with TTL or 12-24 V power by the power of the external device.
Operates over a wide range of power supply
The product can be operated in various environments with a wide range of power supply of 12-24VDC. In addition, the FG terminal is equipped with a power supply connector.
Windows/Linux support device driver
Using the device driver API-TOOL makes it possible to create applications for Windows/Linux. In addition, a diagnostic program by which the operations of hardware can be checked is provided.
Software-based calibration function
Calibration of analog input can all be performed by software. Apart from the adjustment information prepared before shipment, additional adjustment information can be stored according to the use environment.
