The AO-1604xIN is an Ethernet-compatible unit with analog outputs. Its compact design (188.0(W)×78.0(D)×30.5(H)mm) ensures easy installation, whether on the floor, wall-mounted, or integrated into equipment using the DIN rail.
With support for Windows/Linux device drivers, compatibility is seamless. It features 4 channels of 16-bit analog outputs, along with 4 channels of digital inputs and outputs, all isolated from the computer for reliable operation.
VIN Model for Voltage Driven Analog Outputs
Includes analog outputs (10μsec/ch, 16-bit, 4ch), and digital I/O (Input: 4 TTL-level channels, Output: 4 open-collector channels). The analog outputs drive +10V.
AIN Model for Current Driven Analog Outputs
Includes analog outputs (20μsec/ch, 16-bit, 4ch), and digital I/O (Input: 4 TTL-level channels, Output: 4 open-collector channels). The analog outputs drive 0-20mA current output.
Sampling can be driven by a clock or by various triggers.
Sampling can be started and stopped by software and external (timing of control signals input from external) triggers. The sampling period can be controlled by the internal clock (high-precision timer included in the product).

This product isolates the PC from analog outputs as well as digital I/O by a digital isolator, which improves the noise performance. The use of open collector output ensures digital outputting with TTL or 12-24 V power by the power of the external device.

Software-based calibration function
Calibration of analog input can all be performed by software. Apart from the adjustment information prepared before shipment, additional adjustment information can be stored according to the use environment.
